I called a call saying that the printer in ED 111
needed black ink. I brought ink down and put it
into the printer, but it's saying remove
unidentified ink black stick. I tried loading
three blocks of ink and it didn't work so I tried
with only two it didn't work. I tried restarting
the the printer but it still isn't working. The
box of ink I brought down was 8870 and the printer
is a Xerox 8870 printer.
