Power supply has been warrantied through Dell. 
Since this computer has a brand new power supply,
we will keep the one that comes in from Dell.  The
computer is up and running.

Switched out the power supply with a good one and gave bad 
power supply to Lori. Bad power supply will need to warrantied.

One of the computers in HWC is not turning on.
There are flashing yellow lights and a smoke smell
coming form the computer. He has shut down the
computer and it will not come back on.
