Changed security settings on Safari and had the banner site always 
allow Java plugins.

She is available now, all day.  

when she logs into banner she gets a general error
that a plug in is blocked.  There is nothing else
listed with the error.  She goes to Banner from
her portal and can't get past log in page.  She
already tried restart and gets same message.

She has class 3-4 but should be around most of the
day.
