Adam and I went over and spoke with Lenore. Lenore
is going to talk to Sandy about why she needs both
the PC and the mac in the office. If she needs
both then they will be looking at purchasing a
local printer for Sandy.

Talked to Lenore about opening a second port for
Sandy.  Paul is going to check into activation for
a quote.

Was not able to get the computer to print wirelessly. The only 
time it would connect to the printer was over the wired 
connection. Sandy says she can not have another port because of 
the money. Told her I would talk with Lori and see if there is 
anything else we could do.

Can come over at any time.

Her computer is continuing to have issues. We 
just re-imaged it but now it is not printing to 
the printer. 
It gives her an error message "on hold 
authentication required". They are trying to 
print to Krusty-CA-MiniCooper. Printer is located 
in electronics room of Rice.
