This is a student tech funded printer. Millie
comes and refills this toner. Put in a new toner
and it must of been old because it was pouring out
toner. Started cleaning out the machine and put in
a new toner. The printer then jammed and a paper
got caught in the fuser and the fuser busted.

New maintenance kit was installed.  The current
toner in the machine is spewing toner all over the
inside.  The current cartridge needs to be
completely replaced as it is no longer holding
toner as it should.  Recommended they replace it
with a genuine HP cartridge to get the best
quality printing.  Once they are able to purchase
and replace the toner, the machine should work
very well.  We wiped down the belt and replaced
all the rollers as well.

Called back today to check on status. Said that
someone came by Tuesday and was not able to fix
the problem. Would like it looked at as soon as
possible. Office is open till 5PM

The printer that is in the writing center is print
black lines down the pages. This has been
happening since they installed a new cartridge
into the printer. The printer is a HP laserjet 4350.

erica Wills is the one that called in the task.
