Megan Thibeault	Jun 13, 2013 09:38 AM	This is a student tech funded printer. Millie comes and refills this toner. Put in a new toner and it must of been old because it was pouring out toner. Started cleaning out the machine and put in a new toner. The printer then jammed and a paper got caught in the fuser and the fuser busted.	Add Attachment

Lori Burgeson	Jun 11, 2013 03:33 PM	New maintenance kit was installed. The current toner in the machine is spewing toner all over the inside. The current cartridge needs to be completely replaced as it is no longer holding toner as it should. Recommended they replace it with a genuine HP cartridge to get the best quality printing. Once they are able to purchase and replace the toner, the machine should work very well. We wiped down the belt and replaced all the rollers as well.	Add Attachment
