Joshua Johnson	Jun 04, 2013 01:17 PM	The computer went through a "check disk" and now there are some files that are missing off of the computer and she is not seeing some information in the portal. She is not sure what files have came off of the computer. But she it said that i was taking over a 1000 items off of the computer. the log-in screens are showing up correctly and this is making is so that she is not able to get into her email.
