Brought Allen's laptop back to him.  Loaner laptop
is back with Tricia.  If Allen notices anything
else not working, he will give me a call back. 
Everything was working well with the laptop at the
office.

Imaging a loaner laptop for Allen.  Will get it to
him by end of day today.  Will need to call Dell
to send laptop in for warranty.

look at the issue.

External Dell 19-inch monitor is flickering.  I
tried swapping out the monitor, power, VGA and USB
cables, all to no avail.  I put his original
19-inch monitor back in place.  Suspect the
motherboard/VGA connection on the laptop is the
cause of the problem.
