Cleared up 130 GB of space on her HD by deleting trash can files 
and old movie files. Taught her how to delete items in the trash and 
recommended she store files in her H drive.

Left her computer on, and someone in the hallway
is usually around that can let a tech into her
office (she is leaving the office today)
Tomorrow, Timken will be in from noon to about
1:20pm.

would also like to have some old programs deleted
from her computer, as well as her trash can files.

around to let you into her office.

When she goes into the I movie program it says
disc is full. Tried to empty trash but still
getting same error. The error comes up when she
tries to save it. She would like this looked at as
fast as possible. She is available from now to
12:45. Tomorrow she is available from 12 to 2:20
