She came by.  She had accidentally restored the
computer upon restart.  Richard set it back up
again and added her credentials.

One of these laptops will be brought to UCS 
tomorrow afternoon to have a tech fix another 
problem (ticket #50683).  Would it be possible to 
install Office 2010 at the same time?

She'll be here early afternoon on Thursday. Can she stop by UCS to 
have someone look at it there?

Yes, yes she can. We have techs scheduled to work from 8:00 AM - 
1:00 PM and then 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM so if she stops by between 
those two times she shouldn't have a problem getting someone to 
take a look at it.

provided her cell phone number when I submitted the request. She

be coming to campus on Thursday or Friday this week if 
someone's
available to look at it.

Off campus instructor has WOU laptop with generic
login.  It's not allowing her to login any longer.
