Put the laptop at the front desk for pick up.  He
is sending over Michele from Admin to pick it up
at noon.

Dell tech worked on laptop today replacing
internal speakers.  I tested out the laptop and it
is working.  Emailed Michael to let him know his
laptop is fixed and ready to be picked up.

Trisha says that the laptop is under warranty and 
you can start the process on that. He is going to 
Mexico so maybe we start the process while he is 
gone?

The laptop from HSS 211 with the sound problem.
After series of trouble shooting I realize that
the in build speaker was dead. I tried a external
speaker on the Laptop and it works fine.

Device is enabled in sound settings and volume is
up.  Windows could not search for updates.  

He also had questions about being able to login to
the computer for his trip to Mexico.

He is leaving for Mexico next week on Friday and
needs the computer back by then.

He dropped off the Dell laptop at the front desk.
