Computer imaged and set up for the most part. Still needs a few 
more programs installed but will need to talk to her about it. Left 
VM.

Issue is profile related. Need to re-image computer. Moved over all 
of her files to her H: drive except her Pictures. In the middle of 
moving those over now.

Outlook gives a "No profiles have been created. To create a new 
profile, use the Mail icon in the Control Panel." error upon 
attempting to start the program. Program then closes itself.

Ran the Outlook Connector tool several times without success. 
Outlook does have profiles but it still shoots off this error. Ran 
the repair tool for Office 2007 but it didn't help. Next step is to 
uninstall and reinstall Office probably. If that doesn't work, we 
will probably need to re-image her computer. It's a mess 
anyways.

Scheduled a follow up with her on Monday.

Hi, 
My MS Outlook has decided to no longer sync with
my WOU gmail account.  Please come and fix this. 
My computer #20100758[Edit Inv], Lori Bullis (bullisl), my
computer and I are located in HL 117 at the
library.  I am out of the office Friday - but you
are welcome to work on it then if you would like.
 Otherwise, my work hours are Sunday through
Thursday, 12-noon to 8:30 pm.
