This has now happened to me again. I was printing
to this printer this morning without problem. When
I returned to my office this afternoon I now get
this error message. I tried printing both .pdf and
.docx. I restarted my computer, still the same
problem. Please advise.

 

FYI ¿ the service request number assigned the
previous time was 50704.

Driver issue. Had to remove printer, delete extraneous drivers, add 
the printer again, and run the "gpupdate /force" command to get it 
to work. Was able to get both printers working.

One of my colleagues indicated she also cannot
print to this printer. The affected machines are:

WOU #20110871[Edit Inv], 20110872[Edit Inv] and printer #20080694[Edit Inv].

When I send a print job to my default network
printer ¿  EP-DEPTerryHouse on krusty ¿ I only get
the attached error message page. I am able to
change and print to a different network printer.
Please advise.
