Someone in her office (Megan Habermann) had the same issue earlier this 
week and was able to fix it. Solution was that Outlook was offline for some 
reason, so they went file -> work online, and then right-click Send/Recieve -
> import and export. After that, emails flooded in and everything started 
working like normal.

Outlook was already connected but it was confused because there 
were multiple profiles. Deleted the extraneous one and made the 
proper profile the default. Allowed Google to access it once again 
and was able to get it to run correctly.

working but she is still having issues with it.

Google updated and now outlook won't sync.  She
tried to follow the directions on the /ucs tips
page, but that didn't work.
