Dyl Karbia	Jun 11, 2013 11:41 AM	Check the printer located in AD 202. The computer is unable to print any document that is sent to it via the network to krusty-AD-DAA but print from other network printers successfully. I taught it could be a driver issue, tried uninstalling the current printer drivers on the machine. I ran into a message saying"The printer is in used" that prevented me from deleting the driver. UCSHelpdesk Associate	Jun 11, 2013 09:24 AM	Cat called this morning and said that in the past she has had a tech come out and set up her home computer to the network on-campus so she may print from home. Recently they switched the name on her printer and now it will not work for her from home or school on either of the names. She is still able to print to another office printer from school but would like a tech to come resolve the issue.	Add Attachment
