Cleared the cache, is working now.  Problem may not 
be fully solved until she receives a new computer; 
trying to run Mountian Lion and CS6 on a 2008 
machine.

Need to add another task to this work order: Adobe
Bridge is not working again - can open the
software, but does not respond, except for window
saying I need to purge the cache. (
A task it no longer lets me do.)

I'm still losing network connection consistently
throughout the workday. And in this case, on
Sunday while trying to finish print projects for
Admissions.

Typically, it's been while the computer is
inactive (such as while I'm getting coffee.) 

Today, it's disconnected twice between 3:00-5:30,
while I was working on the files. Had to force
quite InDesign multiple times today.

Additionally, Bridge is not working properly again
- and I've purged the cache several times today.

Went over and fixed her issue with printing to PR-
Pandora and set sleep mode to an hour instead of 
10 minutes. Hopefully this will relieve her 
network disconnection issues. Told her to give us 
a call if she still has a problem.

It seems connected - but I'm not sure if it's a
problem with the software, or with the network? I
never used to get the message alert that the
connection was lost. Or if I did, never so many
times every day.

Hi there! This concerns: Computer #20080665[Edit Inv]

Since the upgrade to the operating system on my
Mac, and upgrade from CS4 to CS 6, I've been
experiencing a loss of network connection
consistently throughout each day. (Occurs when the
computer is idle, such when I leave my desk for
more than 8-10 minutes at a time.)

I believe this is causing InDesign to stop
responding, and I must Force Quit the program at
least 6-8 times per day. Is there any solution to
this problem?

The same problem...Bridge is not working. (He must
have come over when I was out last Friday...I
didn't know he was here.)

I opened the task and it looks like Laven came
over and fixed the most recent problems you were
having.  Are you still having the same issues with
it?  Is there anything else I can note in the ticket?

Hello,
I apologize for complaining, however the recent
upgrade of my computer is not working properly. I
am not able to use the Bridge component of the
Adobe CS6 (causing major time loss) and yesterday
was experiencing intermittent inability to export
my InDesign files to a pdf. The number on my
computer is 20080624[Edit Inv] and Denise Visuano initiated
the job request.

Cannot open Adobe Bridge (attached screen shot)
Cannot open Adobe Illustrator (attached screen shot)

Cannot connect to website (X drive?) for editing files

Local printer not connected

NetAuthSysAgent messages pop up each time I need
to open finder window - can these be removed?

Installed now, something was messed up with the 
installer when signing in with adobe ID, had to 
redo that portion.

There is 2 Mac Pro towers(Betty W#20080624[Edit Inv] and
Denise W#20080625) getting OS upgrade from 10.5.8
to 10.8.6.  This will be a two step process to
Lion then Mt Lion.  They will get Adobe CS6 D&W
Premium as well.
The Adobe disk media will be with a copy of the
Service Request on the shelving by restroom
