Went over and removed some add-ons in both IE and Firefox. Ran a 
quick scan of Anti-Spyware just to be safe and removed some 
cookies. Was still in a meeting, so I left her a note on her monitor 
with instructions to let us know if she had any more issues.

She called today to check on the status.  She has
run the virus again and took about 30 things off
and her computer is still running really slow.

Before calling us she tried to run a virus wear
and nothing wrong came up. She is having many pop
ups come up when opening anything to do with the
web including email,web browser, and banner. Her
web page end up closing on her due to all the pop
up and it is also giving her many different error
messages but no error codes

Her availability is Monday thru Friday 10AM to 5PM
