I check the computer and realize that it still had
java version 6 installed on the system.Uninstalled
the java 6 and reinstalled Java 7 with some
necessary updates on the system.

She wasn't able to get to her files yesterday. 
They weren't listed.  She got on a laptop and was
able to find it.  She is in at 1030 and out at 4.

Whenever she tries to log into Banner, her whole
computer freezes and she has to restart her
computer and then does same thing over and over. 
She can't get past log in on Banner.  She has had
this problem before but the restart usually fixes it.

She is around all day.
