I made a call earlier this morning regarding this
task.I was informed that they were able to figure
out the problem them self.At the moment Banner
works fine

When she clicks on the Banner link in her Portal,
both IE and FireFox, it redirects to sunguard
higher education log in page.  She tried updating
her browser and restarting her computer but every
time she click on her Banner she goes to this
page.  It was working fine this morning but when
she got back from lunch she has been having
issues.  She has also tried on another computer
and got the same thing.

She is around till 5.  Tomorrow she is around all day.
