When she goes to print from the new printer, the
area where it has the option to print double-sided
is grayed out.  It is not an option on her
computer. She has tried restarting and is unaware
if anyone else is having same problem.  She used
to be able to choose the option to print double
sided but this week it keeps graying out.

She is around for the rest of the day.
