it scans to a folder on the desktop as a PDF, 
they can add printers through \\krusty and print 
normally.  Don't print from software

The printer listed on the print list for this
software (HL-refwest)gives an error and doesn't
allow to print.  He would like someone to clear
the printers and re-add the appropriate ones

Computer in copy center has software that won't
let anyone save or print anything.  Error says
they don't have user privileges to save or print
anywhere.  Techs started to take a look but wasn't
sure what the outcome was and still not working. 
Microfilm is the kind of software on this computer.
