With the series of trouble shooting done on the
machine. I realized that the power supply in the
system unit was bad. I replace the bad power
supply with a new one. Now the machine works just
fine.

Her computer at first would not let her log onto
her remote desktop. I had her restart her computer
and now it will not turn on. The power says it is
on but it is not showing anything.

 Available 8AM -2PM
Someone will be in there after 2PM that could let
you in as well.
