Reinstalled the driver..it works now!

She tries to add the printer to the print list and
it says "windows cannot connect to printer, access
is denied"  She is trying to connect to the
HL-REF26 and it gives this error.  She has also
tried restarting the computer.

Computer is is by HL-refwest  printer
