computer not getting to printer.  When she hits
the print button, nothing happens.  The computer
doesn't say it was sent to the printer.  The
printer screen is ready and no blinking lights,
all solid green lights.  She has tried restarting
the computer as well.  She has been having issues
for weeks now.  Printer name is deskjet that is
only assigned to her.

Her computer is also running really slow between
programs.  It takes awhile to load anything. 
Sometimes an error message comes up and she has to
shut down computer.  When it comes back in it
works poorly again.

She is available till 330 today otherwise Tuesday
after 1 is best time.
