to get Adobe working on my computer ASAP.  I can't
meet project deadlines because of this problem!

I forgot to stress that the ability to open PDFs
is really vital for me, so I hope this is high
priority.  I have a project due tomorrow that
requires I be able to use Adobe. Thanks!

No, it won't let me clear anything. In the
Quarantine Manager under Available actions, it
says insufficient rights, contact Adminstrator.

My computer also just quit opening PDFs (it worked
first thing this morning), so I'm not sure if it's
related. I restarted my computer and the PDFs
still aren't working. There are still files in the
Quarantine Manager, but I'm not getting all the
popups again so far.

So I do need something to come fix both of those
issues. The # is 20110988[Edit Inv].

I keep getting popups that say...

Threat detected by Sophos....  telling me
something is moved to quarantine. When I go to the
Quarantine Manager, I can't do anything because
I'm not an administrator.  Is there something I
can do to stop getting these annoying popups all day?
