While troubleshooting the Mac laptop I realize
that there was some issue with a system file been
corrupt. In so doing I re-image the machine and
did the necessary updates that need to keep the
machine running on our network.

Mac is not starting up.  It turns on and just
spins and never does anything.  Computer is
sitting up front.  Contact is either Adria or
Ermie Buncal (his computer).
