Went over with Laven to check it out. User mentioned that the 
power adapter gets really hot sometimes - which is normal - and 
that the laptop gets warm sometimes - which is also normal. 
When the user began to shut down her computer more 
frequently, the power issue disappeared. We recommended that 
she just keep an eye on it and let us know if anything else 
happens or if the issue gets worse.

Lori advised me to just have Apple come out and take a look at it.

She is around 2-4 today and tomorrow is spotted so

laptop seems to be running really hot and the fan
starts running really hard and she shuts it down
for awhile.  Also, the computer doesn't seem to be
holding a charge.  The box to the charger gets
really hot and she is concerned about it.
