Status changed from (1) Pending to (5) Completed

Cleared up the error by clearing some paper jams from both the 
front and rear doors of the printer. Had it finish up the jobs it 
had stockpiled up using already used paper (faster than clearing 
out the print jobs one by one) and tested it to make sure it 
worked on two of the lab computers. Everything's good to go.

Printer is in ITC 104. Dorothy is not a regular user of the printer, 
she was just checking the labs to prepare for SOAR. The error 
message mentioned below appeared on the printer itself, not a 
printed out page. She's not sure if the error is on the printer's 
end or the computer. Just in case, the computer is the first one 
as you walk in, in the middle aisle facing the door.

Will keep her updated.

She tried test printing and worked fine but after
the print job the printer screen has an error that
says "49.235F".  She isn't sure if the print jobs
are going through anymore.
