Lori updated the drivers on the print server.

Removed printer, deleted drivers, stopped spooler, deleted drivers, 
started spooler, deleted drivers, gpupdate, add printer, success.

Error message is as follows:
"PCL XL error
   Subsytem: Kernel
   Error: Missing Attribute
   Operator: BeginPage
   Position: 3"

Tried the "delete all print drivers, stop spooler, 
try to delete print drivers again, restart spooler, 
gpupdate, and re-add printer" method - even changing 
the order of the steps - but failed. Tried to install 
the PCL5  and PCL6  drivers from HP's website but 
didn't have any success.

Will meet up with her again tomorrow - hopefully with 
backup - to give it another shot.

When she goes to print to AD-masters it gives an
error on the print job that says "PCLXL error" 
She can't get any print jobs to come through.  She
also tries to send to AD-provost she gets the same
error.  She has restarted the computer.

She will be available after 1215 today for the
rest of the day.
