Megan Thibeault	Jul 10, 2013 03:34 PM	**This is an email** Arne & Solomona, This laptop (W#20040640) was just dropped off in the back of the office with hardly any explanation of what was going on. I did some basic troubleshooting and the hard drive is dead. It also looks like this isn't a football owned machine, in fact, it was a UCS checkout laptop that was never returned. Due to the age of this machine (9yrs) we can no longer support it. Please note that next time when you have a computer issue, visit the helpdesk so that we can gather all of the information we need.
