Uninstalled the current version of Java and
re-installed Java 7 on the machine. That fix the
problem with Banner. Regarding the printing error
the internet cable wasn't connected properly to
the printer.

She will be around till 330 today.

Whenever she goes to print the print job prints
out a page that has the printer menu on it and the
jobs never get done or are sent to the printer. 
Computer says it was sent to printer.  
She has also tried restarting them but still same
error every time.
