Tech came out and replaced both the media and
process drives. The printer is currently working
correctly. If the process drive breaks again then
this machine is toast.

Opening up the printer there is no visible
mechanical issues but every job causes the printer
to jam as well as make loud jamming, grinding
noises. Rebooting to no avail displays error at
about 98% of the warm up all the while making the
same loud and unusual grinding noises.
