Hold the button on the back of the power supply 
to test the power supplies before you make a task 
for these.  



After if powers through, press the turn on button 
again.



If it works than it is a problem with the power 
of the room not being consistent.

There are two computers in the lab ED 11l that
will not turn on. When I try to turn the computers
on a number 3 flashes by the power button then
nothing else happens.
