Jared Petersen	Jul 17, 2013 01:57 PM	Something in Krusty is set up funny for that specific printer; it isn't an isolated incident. It has the default print setting as colored instead of plain. Just changed it to plain in the printer settings and saved it as a print profile. Taught Christina how to change it as well so that she can help the others in their office if they have the same problem. Dyl helped.	Add Attachment

Katie Halvorson	Jul 17, 2013 01:35 PM	**This is an email** Hello, Since at least Saturday, we've been having problems with our SEP printer (WOU# 20070390). It keeps wanting to print on colored paper. I have restarted the printer, reset the factory default settings, set the paper to plain for both tray 1 and 2 and still it keeps requesting colored paper.
