Good morning!

I did reboot all three computers that use this
printer as well as the printer in question.  I did
a troubleshoot from the printer itself and from
our desktops with zero errors found. 

It does not even allow us the color option when
attempting to print (from our computers)

Hi there,

 

We seem to be having a difficult time with our
network color printer, WOLF.  It is not
recognizing that it is a color printer on our
computers.  We are trying to get ready for the big
Smith Fine Arts Auction and noticed we have no way
of printing our color certificates, etc. 

 

Have you seen this happen before?  Should I submit
a ticket for help?  Thank you for any guidance you
can provide!  Have a great evening
