desk attendant. Dropped off laptop.

keyboard and palm rest were replaced.  Jared will
test the laptop to make sure everything is
working.  Jared and I will take it back to WUC

laptop we check out to students and has been
returned with missing keys. I have taken it out of
service and if you could call me before you come
