I took out the belts and metal posts that break
off and cause these issues. I let the end user
know that if they need to print 3x5 cards to
contact me and I will install a new piece for
them. The printer is working just fine now.

Printer is constantly getting jammed. They have
tried to clear the jam but can not completely
clear everything. When trying to clear the printer
she noticed a piece in the printer that may be
broken inside.
