Finished with the windows updates. I did some
research and its a common problem that you can't
paste into Word from Gmail using IE. You have to
special paste in order for it to work correctly.

She can not copy words and paste them to word. She
has tried pasting things in excell and everything
works fine, but word will not allow her to paste.
She has restarted her computer and nothing has
changed. She will be in her office until 4:00
every day this week
