changed out all cables and ran virus scans, took 
off malware and add ons.  If this problem comes 
up again it is most likely due to a graphic card 
issue

Yes, she would like to try the cable switch first.
 She will be in her office all day tomorrow.  If
it is locked, check with front desk--Darla-- to
unlock it.

Left VM about checking the cables first, then we 
can replace the monitor with a 22" one but cannot 
replace the 27" with another due to the warranty 
being out of date. She will be back Monday AUG 5

Half of her monitor shows horizontal lines across
the screen. This has been an ongoing problem for
about a week. This does not constantly happen.She
has restarted her computer when it happens,
sometimes the lines go away and sometimes they do not.
