Sent this to Ryan:

Unfortunately we don't have much control over spam
settings
using Google Services. My suggestion would be to
create a filter
for your list-serv so that all mail from that
sender will go into it's own
folder. Google calls them labels.

If you feel like sending him the question, that
would be great. Obviously it isn't urgent or
anything, but if there is a better way than
clicking individual user emails, then I'd like to
know it.

Thanks,
Ryan

If you already talked to the techs and there isn't
a solution, don't worry about it. I had just
hoped there was a better way. For now, I'll just
glance at the spam folder daily.

called and left a vm about changing the mail in
the actual folder and marking it as "not spam"

The # is 20110865[Edit Inv]. I work 8-5 M-F and have quite
a bit of free time in the coming days with
meetings here and there. I'd recommend that the
tech call before they try to come.

there a contact person in UCS that knows if this
is possible before I spend a bunch of time looking
around for something that I don't know what I'm
looking for? I don't see any settings related to
spam under settings.

I've recently become aware that some of the emails
sent to a list-serve I'm subscribed to are being
delivered to my spam filter. Other emails to the
list-serve are being correctly delivered to my inbox.

Is there a way for me to ensure that the messages
are delivered rather than sent to spam? They all
have "[pfaidsforum]" as the beginning of the
subject line. I wasn't sure if there was a way to
be sure they don't go to spam.

Thanks,
Ryan
