Didn't work. Told her how to back up the sites for the future though
so that this doesn't happen again.

Richard copied over the registry files into my H: drive. If this doesn't
work, she's out of luck.

Added desktop icons. She needs to have her sites loaded into the
dreamweaver software. Richard tried transferring over all of the
app data but it failed to produce the desired result. Research
turns up the possibility that the program saves them in the
registry. She may not be able to recover those.

Called her, missing desktop icons and bookmarks
after logging back in. Will import from previous
profile.

Richard deleted her roaming profile. We had
previously moved over the roaming profiles to
another server and apparently the system was
trying to find her profile on the old server. When
it fails to do so, it logs her into a temporary
profile. By deleting the profile she is trying to
access, it forces the computer to create a new one
the next time she logs in. She should be fine when
it does so.

****This is an email****
I received this error as I was logging onto TS9

¿User Environment¿ box that comes up on TS9 as my
personal settings are being loaded:

¿Windows did not load your roaming profile and is
attempting to log you on with your local profile.
Changes to the profile will not be copied to the
server when you logoff. Windows did not load your
profile because a server copy of the profile
folder already exists that does not have the
correct security. Either the current user or the
Administrator¿s group must be the owner of the
folder. Contact your network administrator.¿

Can somebody please look into this? I frequently
use the Dreamweaver that is on this server and I
can¿t login because my settings haven¿t been
stored. Or something like that.

Thank you.
