Ran windows update, updated sophos, performed a virus scan, gave 
user admin rights on machine. Left laptop with office administrator 
on second floor to give to Sarah Cain.

She brought in a computer that is new to her but
would like it checked out to make sure virus
software and everything is up to date.  All the
current programs on there need to be still
available to her.  She would also like to be admin
on her computer
