Went over and checked it out. I was able to print to it without any 
issues. I went ahead and swapped out the network cable anyways, 
just in case. The print quality was poor but was quickly returned to 
normal after running a few print jobs through.

Printer keeps saying it is offline.  It goes
between and ready and offline and it seems random
when it decided to go offline and no print jobs go
through after that.  The printer says to turn off
and she ran a power cycle and still same message.

Door is locked when no one is there but you can
get a key at the info desk.  Otherwise it is open
most of the day.
