Printer not listed in print list but not networked
name so can't map it.  On her printers and faxes
list it categorized as unspecified device.  She
can't move the printer to where it needs to be
listed.  She has restarted.  

She also needs connected to ED-gondor that isn't
showing up on her list.  She is in till 5 today.
