Went over with Laven, Most of the keys on the built in keyboard 
would not work, we took over an external keyboard which 
worked fine. User was fine with this solution.

Potentially upgrading laptop to Windows 7.

Insert card or press ctl alt delete to continue
but when you hit ctl alt delete it doesn't do
anything.  He has also restarted the computer and
gets the same screen again.

Kenny Slough in football offices--equipment
offices.  He will be in and out most of the day
but someone can get to his laptop
