Craig and I looked at it in her office and saw the computer 
display the following error:

"CPU 0 fan failure
Hard drive failure
Keyboard failed to initialize"

When we brought it back to our offices and hooked it up, it all 
seemed fine. We opened it up and checked for loose connections 
and everything checked out. Brought it back and let Faye's 
coworkers know what the situation was. Everything works fine 
now.

Yesterday evening right before she left she hit
the refresh button on her computer. She ended up
with a couple error messages saying CPU fan
failure, and hard drive fan failure. This morning
she had a co worker try to turn on her computer
and 3 flashing lights came up by the CPU and her
screen stayed black.

She will not be in today but her co workers that
work in the same office are there to let you in at
anytime today.
