Talked to both Dave's. Diem gave us a SUN keyboard to use with 
the system and it made it all work. Everything's good. However, we 
need to eventually migrate that system over to either a WYSE thin 
client or a PC.

We'll talk to Dave McEvilly and see what he thinks about either 
replacing the thin client or trying something else.

Dyl and I talked to him earlier. I'm pretty sure the old Sun thin 
client is just getting old and is having some hardware difficulties. 
I don't think it's an issue on the server's end.

The thin client itself is connecting to a Windows Server (2003 R2 
x64) and manages the POS systems in the bookstore. He said 
that it was a very specialized system and that Mike Soucup set it 
up for them originally.

called to ask if it was wyse or not.  Dyl tried to
switch out keyboards but that didn't work either.

He called to ask about the status of this task. He
was told that someone was going to check on the
problem further and let him know but no one has
contacted him.

He says now the keyboard keys won't work.

Thin client number lock will not hold. He checked
the cap lock to which would not hold either. 

He will be in the book store from 8AM to 10:30AM
and 12:30PM to 5PM
