Left a voicemail asking when she would like to have a hard drive 
replaced.

Ran chkdsk, windows memory diagnostic, and dell diagnostic to 
find the cause. Dell diagnostic returned with error 2000-0142 
which indicates the hard drive is starting to fail.

Her computer keeps locking up and has started to
lock up everyday now. She thinks that maybe her
power supply or hard drive might be failing and
would like it checked out.
