Check the issue that cause the error. The printer
tray was set on automatic so issuing a print
command it always goes to the first tray instead
of the second tray. I reconfigure the printer to
print from the second tray only.Now the printer
work fine.

The printer in this room is giving two different
errors. The first one is no paper in second tray
yet this printer does not have a second tray and
the second error is when they print something it
will print out directions on how to clear a paper jam.
