Imaged and installed a replacement hard drive. Recovered some 
files off of the broken drive and put them where the user could 
access them. Returned computer and took back loaner.

Computer would not load past "Starting Windows" screen, and 
was unable to boot in safe mode. Startup repair and trying to 
repair from an install cd did not work either. Took hard drive out 
of computer, discovered it was failing. Hard drive was under 
warranty, gave user loaner computer in the meantime.

Turned on the computer and can't get past a black
screen with white writing.  He tries restarting
and keeps getting the same issue.  He should be
around most of the day and if door is locked, see
Linda to get in. He needs to be able to get into
his computer for work today so the sooner the better.

White writing says "checking file system on C: one
of the disks may need to be checked"
