Craig Reno	Aug 19, 2013 11:09 AM	Went back with Dyl. There was an error installing it on his profile, switched to mine and installed it from a usb stick, it worked no problem.	Add Attachment
Craig Reno	Aug 19, 2013 09:56 AM	Went over with Dyl, installation froze near when it was nearly done. Restarted the computer and tried to run the installer again, when we went to enter the serial number for Acrobat 11 pro, it tells us the serial number was invalid.	Add Attachment
